Purchased my 2023 BMW on 1/24/26. No title no plates not registered! Sitting in My garage! No call back and no one works there any longer! Totally disgusting!
I bought a car here on 1/3/26. Today is 3/23/26. No plates, no title transfer and no contact from the dealership. They all belong in jail. Do not buy here. INFINITI had to sue them because they never paid for the cars they sold. Google them. Go somewhere else.
I forgot to leave a google review a while back when I first purchased my INFINITI Q60 in 2023. I will definitely pass back to this dealership for vehicles, they are not shady like other dealers. Other Infiniti's tried to con me to pay for brand new turbos when I didn't even need it, Englewood came through. It’s been over 3 months since I purchased a car for my daughter. Had to get it detailed as they failed to. Had to use the extended warranty because it was leaking oil and coolant. The warranty was trash and covered 1/3 of the coats. Have not received the plates or registration as the dealership cannot produce the title.so I’m paying for a car my daughter cannot drive. This is the worst car buying experience imaginable.
JC was a cool guy. I was raised to assume all dealers are sharks. These guys are fair buisnessmen. No BS hidden fees, clear communication. Good service. Id say if youre buying a car, I wouldnt worry about buying one here.

I have been shopping for a car for a while, and I’ve met with many other sales reps who didn’t even acknowledge me, but being in his space, I felt heard and respected.

UNFORTUNATE service experience. I went in for service upon receiving a coupon through mail. HOWEVER, they did NOT honor the coupon saying it wasn't presented at the time of initiating service, and that the bill was "already printed and finalized in the system." Quality service as expected, but it was the office/payment part that made me unhappy and felt like I was overcharged. Why mail coupons if they're not going to be honored?
I had no intention on getting a car. JC was an excellent sales me he didn’t pressure me to buy the car he went over thing throughly so I took some faith and Let God allow JC to help and got approved for a E450 I was hesitant but It was God telling me to take the car. I bought a 2014 BMW X3 from INFINITI of Englewood in December 2022. The sales manager and finance team lied about the warranty, promising me a “Platinum bumper-to-bumper” plan from Quality Guard Plus — the same one they said they use on their own cars. I trusted them and paid over $5,000 for it.
Later I discovered they actually sold me a lower-tier Deluxe Plan with limited coverage — something they never disclosed. When problems started in 2025, the warranty covered almost nothing, leaving me with major repair bills.
